Fees:

• Half day: $450 per participant or party
• Two hours: $300 per participant or party
• Six hours: $600 per participant or party
• Full day: $775 per participant or party
• Extension (if agreed by all parties during mediation): $130 per hour per participant or party (due on the day of mediation)

Deposits and Cancellations:

• Upon scheduling, a $100 nonrefundable fee is due from each participant or party, which applies toward the total mediation fee.

• The balance of the total fee is due one week prior to the mediation date.

• Cancellation or rescheduling up to three business days before the scheduled date: No additional charge.

• Cancellation or rescheduling three business days prior to the mediation date: $100 late cancellation fee per party.

• Cancellation on the day before or on the actual mediation date: Full mediation fee is due from the canceling or rescheduling party.
